 Varroc entering into 6 Cylinder Crank Shaft Business
The Varroc Group forays into another niche product-folio in their kitty. This time; the group is adding 6 Cylinder Crank Shaft suitable for Heavy Commercial Vehicle.
The ground breaking ceremony of this significant project was graced by first generation entrepreneur Mr. Tarang Jain; the Managing Director, Varroc Group. This new plant is located in Waluj, Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
 In his brief address during the ceremony; Mr. Jain has shared, this is another major development in the growth story of the Varroc Group. This niche product will help the group to create Special Positioning for the group in Commercial vehicle segment.
This dedicated manufacturing facility will be housed with state of art forging & machining shops backboned with the Hi-tech Design Centre to expedite the product/process design and development.
The forging shop will include 8000 tons forging press along with the other dedicated supporting equipment for pre and post forging operation. The state of art dedicated crank-shaft machining lines will enable us to adhere customer expectations for supplies of the ready to assemble crank-shafts.
The newly build plant will suffice to cater the commercial vehicle requirement upto 200,000 crank shafts in phase-1.
