Dedicated Pre-treatment for the plastic components
Pre-treatment plant made of Stainless steel material and the process is equipped with static charge elimination process stages, dedicated automatic DM Plant with controlled water quality. All this ensure plastic substrate will be contamination free before the painting operation.
The completely enclosed pathways for the cleaned component movements.
 
Painting Booths for the plastic components
Superior 4 stage air filtration arrangement for the pressurization of the paint booths, and tunnels to have dust free environment during processing.
Specially designed static charge elimination system just prior to entry in to the paint booth.
Plant is suitable for the application of solid, metallic and pearl scent paint finishes with 3 coats – 1 Bake application system.
Over sprayed paint during the painting process will be trapped in the painting booth and taken to the paint sedimentation pit and specially designed paint sludge removing system. The sludge will be collected in dried cake form through this system.
 
 Paint Circulation System
The paint application and circulation system is supplied by M/s Graco, who are the worldwide specialist for the fluid handling system. The Trident pumps installed are surge free in order to give the best finish.
Capacity of 4 metallic and 2 solid shades at a time, with minimum colour change time.
Paints are in continuous circulation in order to have the shade consistency.
 
Conveyor System
Material handling is planned through an I- beam over head conveyor supplied by M/s Vinar systems with chains and rollers imported from Webb, USA.
 
Cleaner Fuel
LPG/ Propane will be used as fuel in ovens and Hot water generator.
 
Utilities
The plant is powered by MSEB, however for uninterrupted supply we have installed two 750 KVA capacity DG Sets .
Screw air compressor with air drier to achieve the dry air with (- 40 Deg C dew point.)
LPG/ Propane storage capacity of 20 Tons capacity and Diesel Storage system with 20 KL capacity.
Dedicated ETP/ STP plant in order to achieve the Zero Effluent Discharge.
Dedicated Hot water heater.
 
QC Measuring Equipments
The required paint shop inspection equipments are available to check the process and product quality.
